Sam Singh

As an innovator and disruptor in the financial industry, Sam has a clear philosophy and simple approach to financial advice and wealth management.
Sam enjoys working withe clients of all ages, but particularly young people at the beginning of their career, where he can put them on the path towards a secure financial future and start their financial journey.
Looking at goals-based planning and not limiting enjoyment is the foundation, and major benefit, of his financial advice.
As the founder of CSS Financial, Sam promotes a positive working culture and creates a supportive environment where his team can grow their careers and meet their potential.

Hayleigh Griffiths

Hayleigh is a people person who enjoys helping young professionals in their 20s and 30s. She has a vested interest in her clients, building a professional relationship, nurturing you from the start of your career and throughout your financial journey.
As a graduate from the SJP Financial Adviser Academy, Hayleigh is part of a new generation of financial advisors who understands new industries, social media and influencer platforms. Hayleigh specialises in working with clients in content creation, health & fitness, and creative industries including entertainment, TV & advertising, fashion, beauty and jewellery.
Self-motivated and driven, Hayleigh has been with CSS Financial since early 2022, is a qualified Financial Adviser as of January 2024 and has a BA (hons) from Brighton University in Media, Industry & Innovation.
Rob Pinder
Financial Adviser
Rob has spent his career surrounded by successful entrepreneurs and business owners from a wide variety of creative industries. As a result, he specialises in advising clients within industries that don’t always follow a conventional career path.
Working with influencers, models, musicians, software developers and professional athletes to name a few, Rob helps clients take control of their financial strategies.
As a family man, Rob also has a personal appreciation of the importance of having a financial ‘road map’ in place and having strong financial foundation to build your family’s future.
When his two children aren’t running rings around him at the weekend, you can often find him enjoying a long dog walk with the family dog, Peanut.
Felicity Wilkins
practice manager
Felicity specialises in creating business infrastructure, and enjoys implementing systems and processes, and seeing people use them. Felicity is a Voyant expert, which is an innovative, dynamic financial planning tool which helps us to anticipate every "What If" and analyses the potential impact on your financial goals.
Previously Felicity worked in immigration law at PwC in the legal department. Her proudest moment in life so far is graduating from Exeter University with a 2:1 Law degree - during the pandemic!
Felicity is looking forward to expanding her career at CSS Financial, and exploring different paths within financial advice .
Cetty Barrett
Executive Assistant
Cetty is an organised, creative all-rounder who and enjoys working with the team at CSS Financial and being part of the wider SJP family.
Cetty takes care of social media, managing diaries and enjoys liaising with clients and setting up meetings.
Cetty has a lot in common with our client base and understands them on a personal level, as she is also a talented and successful singer-songwriter with an exciting schedule of festival gigs lined up for summer 2024.
Cetty’s family have been in finance for over 30 years, she enjoys the balance and contrast of being part of the finance world and being creative.
